This privacy notice explains how ViaNueva Oy processes personal data in connection with the use of our website, handling enquiries, managing customer relationships and marketing our services.

Website use

Cloudflare hosts and protects our website. It processes technical information such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and browser information. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website functional and secure.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand and improve how our website is used. Google Tag Manager manages the loading of analytics. Analytics cookies require your consent. Google Consent Mode also sends limited, cookieless measurement requests when you have not accepted analytics cookies. These requests process information such as the page visited and browser information.

Cookiebot stores your choices and consent records so that we can respect your preferences and meet our consent-management obligations.

Enquiries and customer relationships

We process the personal data of contact persons at existing and prospective customers to communicate with them, respond to enquiries, manage customer relationships and market our services. This information includes names, contact details, company information and records of communications. We obtain information directly from individuals and from public sources such as company websites, LinkedIn and business registers. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships and marketing our services.

You can contact us by email or telephone. Providing your information is voluntary, but we need sufficient information to respond.

Processing, service providers and international transfers

Personal data is processed by people at ViaNueva who need it for their work and by our service providers. These include providers of email and cloud services, customer relationship management and marketing services, website hosting, security, analytics and consent management.

Our service providers may also process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision or the European Commission’s approved Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented by additional safeguards where necessary. Data retention

We retain personal data relating to enquiries for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any agreed follow-up. If an enquiry leads to a customer relationship, we retain the information needed to manage that relationship for its duration. Afterwards, we retain only information needed to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for as long as the relevant obligation or matter requires.

We retain technical and analytics information for as long as needed to operate, secure and improve the website. Retention periods vary according to the purpose of processing and the service used. Cookie expiry periods are listed on our Cookies page.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent to processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
