Leadership and board workshops
Understand the business implications and decide what deserves attention.
AI advisory and training
Kristiina helps leadership, marketing and sales teams understand what AI can and cannot do, identify useful applications and work out how to use it in their everyday work. The starting point may be an introductory session, a specific challenge or a team that needs support putting new ways of working into practice.

Start with the work
The work can begin with inspiration and leadership sparring, then move into practical decisions about roles, workflows, tools and the work that should remain human.
Understanding
Explain AI in terms people can relate to, including its possibilities, limitations and implications for their work.
Applications
Look at actual tasks and workflows to identify where AI could improve quality, save time or make new approaches possible.
Practice
Work through tools, skills, responsibilities and concerns so the team can adopt new ways of working. Keep responsible use and human judgement part of the work.
Ways to work together
The format follows your audience, their experience with AI and what they need help with.
Understand the business implications and decide what deserves attention.
Explore relevant tasks and develop practical ways to use AI. We work with the tools and constraints your organisation actually has, taking account of people’s experience, questions and concerns.
Build understanding and interest, including for people who are still unsure about AI.
Help teams develop their approach, assess what works and address questions as they arise.
Since 2023, Kristiina has been lecturing EMBA students at the University of Jyväskylä on the impact of AI on knowledge work and business, particularly from a marketing and sales perspective. Her lectures combine current developments in AI, practical examples and a strategic perspective in a way that helps leaders understand how AI is changing work, organisations and leadership—not just individual tasks.
Kristiina presented recent developments in AI and their impact on marketing and sales clearly, practically and engagingly. The talk received excellent feedback from participants, with a rating of 4.5/5.
“You’ve really inspired me to explore the world of AI. Thank you for explaining things so clearly and thoroughly.”
“A really interesting talk with good, practical examples.”
“The process perspective was excellent, and every organisation has room to improve in this area.”
“It always helps to hear concrete examples of what others are doing and to hear their perspectives!”
“I just had to say how glad I am that you encouraged us to use voice. I’ve already used it today for ad hoc notes and to transcribe and edit an interview. Really convenient and quick.”
Questions
Our focus is business needs, people and workflows, rather than custom software development or systems integration. When an application needs technical implementation, we can help clarify what specialist support is required.
Not necessarily. A real business decision, team question or workflow is often a better starting point than a broad strategy exercise.
Yes. A focused session can create shared understanding and practical next steps without committing to a larger programme.
Leadership, marketing, sales and communications teams can all benefit. We agree the audience around the questions, tasks and experience the session needs to address.
We consider the organisation’s policies, the information used, human review and the team’s responsibilities. Responsible use is part of finding practical applications, not a separate step after choosing the tools.
Yes. Workshops, keynotes and advisory work can be delivered in Finnish or English.
Start with a real question
Bring us the business situation, team question or workflow. We will help turn the broad AI conversation into a practical next step.
